Store anywhere

Amazon S3, Azure, Google, sFTP, network shares, and more — each a named storage location, configurable per document type.

Generate from your data

Templates merge QBO data into Word, PDF, Excel, CSV, fixed-width, HTML, Markdown, Parquet, and zip outputs.

Watch, index, and file

Watch folders and sFTP sites for new files, then file each document under the right template and record automatically from its name.

Copy, transfer, move

Move documents between storage locations in bulk, with paths built from the document’s own data.

Make documents searchable

Extract text with OCR so the contents of every document can be searched and used in rules.

Edit in Microsoft 365

Open Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents in Microsoft 365 for the web and edit them together in real time, while the files stay in QBO storage.

Signatures and revisions

Request and receive e-signatures, and check documents out and in to track revisions.
