Pick up files automatically
Watch FTP, sFTP, and Amazon S3 locations for new files and import them as they arrive, then run an operation for every row imported.
Forms and questionnaires
Capture structured data with forms tied to any record, filled in by people or pre-filled by AI. Saving a form can complete its step in the workflow.
Scoring and extraction
A score runs a set of calculations against a record at a point in time, using rules matrices, Excel workbooks, text-parsing patterns, XSLT, external APIs, machine learning, or AI, with typed values and confidence scores.
Reporting
Bundle saved queries into Excel reports that run on demand or on a schedule, emailed with secure download links or copied to storage. Build ad hoc reports and save dashboard charts.
Ask in plain English
AI turns a plain-English question into a read-only SQL query checked against your schema, asks a clarifying question when a request is ambiguous, and flags any draft it couldn’t validate.
Ledgers and invoicing
Track charges and payments against any record, with line items priced by templates or rules. Approve a ledger to generate an invoice, charge a stored payment method, and apply payments. AI token costs can be ledgered too.
