QMS takes the burden and risk out of SCRA and MLA compliance with military status verification straight from the Department of Defense: one record at a time, in batches, or across your whole portfolio on a schedule.

QMS is built for regulated data from the ground up. Access is authenticated with API keys or tokens, and standard output masks SSNs to the last four digits.
Messy names cause missed matches. QMS parses aliases (AKA, FKA, estates) out of name fields, can locate additional aliases by SSN, and searches the variations people actually go by, then returns DoD status, as of any date you need.

Name parsing & permutations
Real-world name fields hold prefixes, suffixes, multiple aliases, and notes like “estate of”. QMS cleans each name, splits out every alias, and searches the variations that matter, up to 50 per person.

QMS is a business-to-business service for organizations with a permissible purpose to verify military status, such as lenders, servicers, credit unions, collectors, law firms, and property managers. It is not available to consumers.
Yes. QMS runs SCRA status checks and MLA covered-borrower checks, in real time or in batch. MLA searches accept an SSN or an ITIN.
Yes. You can supply a date of interest, such as the origination, filing, or sale date, and QMS returns status as of that date.
QMS parses name fields to separate aliases (for example "AKA" and "FKA" entries) and remove noise words, then generates name variations, such as transposed, merged, hyphenated, and with and without middle names, so you don’t miss a match because of how a name was keyed.
Yes. The compliance package generates military status affidavits from DoD verification results, with a complete audit trail of screenshots and certificates.
Use the REST API, documented with an OpenAPI specification and a Postman collection with sandbox keys, have QMS pick up order files from your sFTP site, or drag and drop an Excel or CSV file for ad-hoc orders. Results and certificates can be delivered back into your system of record. Current API availability is published at status.quandis.com.
Military Search runs on the QBO platform. The QBO platform has a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation report from A-LIGN, and the information security management system that protects it is certified to ISO 27001:2022. API access requires an API key or token, and standard output masks SSNs to the last four digits. Security documentation is available in our Trust Center.
