We’re proud to share that Quandis has been named a 2026 Innovation Award winner for the development of the embedded AI suite in QBO.
The award recognizes technology that delivers measurable impact across the mortgage ecosystem. We’re honored that AI built directly into QBO is part of that conversation.
A different way to adopt AI
Much of the AI in mortgage servicing today arrives as siloed tools and disconnected experiments. A model sits off to the side, its output gets copied into another system, and nobody can say exactly how it influenced a decision.
QBO takes a different approach. AI is an orchestrated layer that runs directly inside complex, compliance-driven workflows. A model’s work becomes a governed step in the process, with the same rules, hand-offs, and audit trail as every other step. People stay in control, and AI handles work that would otherwise sit in a queue.
That matters most in mortgage servicing, where every decision may be reviewed later by an investor, an auditor, or a regulator. When AI runs inside the workflow, its output follows the same path as any other step’s: it’s tracked against the case, routed to the right person when review is needed, and kept in the audit trail. Teams don’t have to choose between moving faster and staying compliant.
Practical innovation
For us, this award reinforces a commitment to practical innovation. We want business users to put AI into production securely and with proper oversight, rather than leaving it in pilot projects that never reach the work.
Congratulations to the other 2026 honorees shaping the future of mortgage technology.
