What is manual work costing your operation?
Enter your own volumes, handling times, and costs to estimate the annual savings from automating part of the work: hours returned to your team, labor cost, and rework avoided. The figures are yours; the arithmetic is shown below.

How it's calculated
Simple arithmetic on your own numbers.
- Manual hours a year = items per month × minutes per item ÷ 60 × 12.
- Hours returned = manual hours × the share of handling time automated.
- Labor cost saved = hours returned × fully loaded cost per hour.
- Full-time equivalents = hours returned ÷ 1,880 productive hours a year.
- Rework cost avoided = items × rework rate × 12 × the share of errors prevented × cost per error.
This is an estimate for planning, not a quote or a promise of results: it doesn't include software, implementation, or change-management costs, and your outcomes depend on your processes. We're glad to work through it with your real numbers in a demo.
