SCRA Compliance
The Quandis Military Search (QMS) data service provides a cost effective, all-in-one verification of active duty military status of an individual with the US Department of Defense (DoD) as defined by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act of 2003 (SCRA). If your company needs up-to-the-second information on active duty status of your customer, QMS can automate your searches, returning raw data as well as PDFs.
Pacer Bankruptcy Searches and Updates
The Quandis Bankruptcy Search (QBS) data service offers an automated wrapper around the US Bankruptcy Courts’ PACER system. If you currently have employees logging into PACER to search for bankruptcy filings, checking the status of a bankruptcy case, searching docket information or downloading dockets, QBS can automate this process for you. We will return the raw bankruptcy data in spreadsheet or XML form, as well as a hyperlink to a screenshot of the PACER system itself from which the data was scraped.
Freddie Mac Attorney Data Reporting
Freddie Mac requires attorneys working on Freddie Mac-backed loans report the status of foreclosure and bankruptcy activity to them via their Attorney Data Reporting (ADR) system. CaseAware can automate this integration, ensuring your office is in compliance without needing to rekey data. Benefits include:
