We provide a variety of data services to manage and streamline your lending-related data.
The Bankruptcy Service provides the only real-time web services based interface to the US Bankruptcy court system. In addition to monitoring for bankruptcy filings, we can deliver docket information and document filing images (PDF) on demand as they are keyed into the court’s docketing software. ECF integration is available for organizations that are interested in having the bankruptcy courts push information to them.
Integration with MSP, FuServm Vendor Scape, LPS Process Managment, Lenstar, Title Companies and Post/Pub Companies.
The Credit Data Service enables you to go beyond FICO scores by providing trade-line data in XML format, enabling automated analysis on types of debt being leveraged by individuals, and providing predictive estimates of their monthly cash flow.
The Custom Scoring Service provides user-configurable and client specific data modeling. This service will gather, score and provide decisions on a variety of data sources.
The Property Reports Service provides an interface to the Zillow API for retrieving property information. Zillow provides automated data for properties in the United States that includes: estimated value, value range, comparable values and statisitical charts and graphs for the property value and associated neighborhood.
The Valuation Service provides clients an automated method to place orders with agents, for agents to accept and deliver orders, and for the client to monitor the quality of orders submitted. We integrate with a number of providers for all valuation product types; Appraisals, Automated Value Models (AVMs) and Broker Price Opinions (BPOs).
This new tool allows web service orders to be made from Microsoft Excel 2007 and above. Orders can be submitted in real-time and the results are returned directly to the excel application in near real time.
