Military Search
Now you can take proactive steps to ensure compliance with SCRA and the protections it provides your Military Service customers. The SCRA covers all Active Duty Servicemembers, Reservists and the members of the National Guard while on active duty. The protection begins on the date of entering active duty and generally terminates 90 days after the date of discharge from active duty.
The Quandis Military Status Service offers a cost effective, all-in-one verification of active duty military status in a batch process as well as monthly monitoring of your entire portfolio.
Our technology allows us to perform bulk searches via:

- FTP File Exchange (MS Excel, Delimited Text)
The monitoring process begins by performing a Military Search on your entire portfolio and returning the results within *24 hours. This portfolio review will be repeated on a monthly basis. Changes to the records in your portfolio can be addressed by submitting delta files which will keep the portfolio information we maintain current and accurate. Whenever a change of Military Search status is detected a report will be sent to you indicating which of your customers is affected.
We deliver, in a PDF document, the time and date stamped official Military Status Report that is provided on the Department of Defense website for each individual search. All search result data is provided in an electronic format that is suitable for importing into case management and servicing systems.
Our basic search provides military status using an individual's United States Social Security Number (USSSN) along with their first and last name.
The cost is $0.20 per search.
Searches can also be conducted on individuals for whom a valid USSSN is not available, provided that the First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip are known. Our business process is able to identify these records prior to submitting them to the DOD website for active duty verification. The process will perform a search through our internal service providers to locate the missing USSSN. The provider will also make available all known aliases and addresses. Each unique combination of Name (alias), address, and USSSN is submitted to the Department Of Defense website for active duty verification.
The cost for the service that includes USSSN search is only a $1.00 per search.
Note that as with all Quandis services, we provide 128-bit SSL encryption of all information, including names, addresses and social security numbers. Moreover, this service does not cache any information, so Quandis does not retain sensitive information for any reason.
